Pam completed an investigation in which a brother was found to have stolen $1.5 million from his mentally ill sister. Pam’s persistent mining of the facts was able to show that the funds had been transferred into over 25 bank accounts.

The Judge stated that “it took an extraordinary effort by Ms. Kerr to trace where funds were placed, and the expenses paid by those funds.”

Pam’s report was instrumental in the Court’s finding of both breach of fiduciary duty and Civil Theft, which was upheld by the Colorado Court of Appeals in January 2018.
